Our conditions in the event of a rescheduling:

• Appointments for workshops and courses can be rescheduled up to one week before the originally scheduled date for a 30% rescheduling fee. You can do this by contacting us at hello@loamberlin.com.

• In case of illness or an emergency, you can reschedule your workshop without a fee.

• Rescheduling is not possible after the class or workshop has started.

• Classes can only be rescheduled once.

Our condition in the event of a cancellation by Loam:

• Participants will be sent a voucher code to reschedule.
