Who is the Membership for?

The Membership is for everyone who is looking for a place to work on their own projects at their own speed.

Membership spots are limited, so we can guarantee a calm work environment.

What is expected of Members?

Members don’t have to be professional potters but should feel secure enough in their praxis to work independently without supervision.

As a member you will be expected to know about basic clay recycling and glazing, to be respectful of others and their work, to maintain the studio by cleaning up after yourself.

Please use the space when you say you will unless unable to.

You will have a full introduction.

What is included?

You will have access to a beautiful, well-equipped workspace where you can work on your projects surrounded by art.

At Loam. members will get a key to the studio and can access the studio whenever it fits their schedule, except for Thursdays and when classes/workshops/Open Sessions are running.

  • Clay and glazes.

  • Access to firing service at our in-house rate.

  • Shelf and storage space.

So what’s the deal?

There are two options to choose from:

Membership S
€239/month (incl.VAT)
Studio access for 5 hours/week (20hrs/month)

Membership L
€320/month (incl.VAT)
unlimited studio access
(except for Thursdays and when classes/workshops/Open Sessions are running)

    We are primarily a hand-building studio but we have one wheel which can be used

The Requirements

  • The minimum contract requirement is 2 months.

  • Members will be expected to:

    • follow the code of conduct which will be outlined in your contract;

    • be respectful of others and their work;

    • to maintain the studio by cleaning up after yourself;

    • recycling clay;

    • using the space when scheduled.
